This application is being prepared for the community. The committee must finalise this notice before collecting real member data.
Who can see your information
Only approved members with current consent can browse the community. Administrators verify applications. Your sensitive fields are visible only to administrators unless you choose “All verified members”.
What is recorded
We store your profile, consent choices and their version, timestamps, and request IP where available. Each profile open records the viewer, viewed member, time, IP address and browser information. Login attempts and profile edits are also recorded. Only the Super Admin has access to activity reports.
Your choices
Birthday sharing is optional. You can edit your profile, change field visibility, withdraw profile consent, or request deletion in Privacy & settings. Withdrawing profile consent hides your profile and pauses community access.
Storage and retention
The intended activity-log retention is 12 months, followed by aggregated reporting. Before real members are onboarded, the committee must confirm its contact details, retention jobs, hosting providers and deletion process, and obtain a review of this notice.
